We had a nice Easter weekend. On Saturday we went to see "The Thorn" at our old church, Church of the Redeemer. Their Easter drama was fabulous as always! The boys did well in their classes after a bit of a rough start for Max. It had been a year since he'd been there so he was feeling nervous and cried when we dropped him off. He calmed down quickly, though, and they said he did a great job.
Sunday morning we got up and the boys got their Easter baskets filled with toys and candy. Then we went to our church service at Cedarbrook Community Church. It was a great service - very moving! Then, Grandma Luster and cousin Michael came over for lunch and we spent a few hours with them. The boys made deviled egg Easter chicks with Grandma and everyone had a good time! Finally, we spent some time outside playing with the boys new bubble guns since it was such a nice day!
