This past Sunday we got tickets through our church to the Frederick Keys minor league baseball game. It started around 4pm so we headed up there with both boys after Max's nap (which thankfully he took so he was able to last till the end of the night). They had music, food, games, moonbounces, a playground, and a carousel. The boys had a lot of fun and so did we! They were great and really seemed to enjoy it. They even got to play catch on the big field before the game. We watched most of the game, played, got some souvenirs, and ate some ball park food. I think their favorite part of the game was yelling "Charge" after the preceding music. They do that A LOT at the Keys stadium! Max also loved their mascot, the Keyote and was thrilled to give him a hug and get his picture taken with him. After the game the boys got to run the bases, which they loved! And we ended the night with fireworks. This was a first for both boys and they really enjoyed it! I was worried Max wouldn't like the loud noises, but he was fine and thought they were really cool. They were both in great spirits and it was a really fun night!
